Edible Philly is comprised of people with various talents that help make Edible Philly the success it is today.

COURTNEY APPLE is a commercial and editorial photographer based in Philadelphia. The stories behind the Philadelphia Food Community have always been her favorite to document. MALACHY EGAN is an illustrator based in Philadelphia, whose work features some or all of the following: whimsy, humor, food, animals, wordplay, beverages. When not drawing, Malachy can be found drinking too much coffee, baking bread, and talking about cheese—sometimes all at once.

ALEXANDRA JONES is an award-winning writer, author, and recovering cheesemonger based in Philadelphia. She has been writing about food, agriculture, and climate change for publications like Food & Wine, Epicurious, and Civil Eats since 2015. Her first book, Stuff Every Cheese Lover Should Know, was published in 2020.

MIANA JUN is a photographer living in Bucks County, PA. Her photography work ranges from portraiture and weddings to food and nature-inspired projects.
